Super happy with this product! The customer service is wonderful! Able to stream all my favourite shows and sports.
I messed up something on my Zoomtak so I contacted Customer Support by email, and in very short order I received a response with the things I needed to do to get me operational again. I was very pleased with the how quickly I got a response and how clear the directions were. Since I am not "tech savvy", I really appreciated it. I was also pleasantly surprised to get a response so quickly given my request for help was sent on Dec 30th at 9:20 p.m. Kudos to the Support folks.
Contacted Zoomtak customer services via email service, with my return phone #, within 15 min; Scott return my e-mail with a phone call & had the problem resolve (Kodi Addons) within 10 min; ...Great Customer services..Thanks Scott for your help........Joanne
Contacted Zoomtak and messaged with Scott at 4 am in the morning with an immediate response. He stayed with me until I was up and running.Highly recommended and customer support couldn't be any better.
May / 2016We purchased Zoomtak T8+, best investment ever and saving over $150.00 on our monthly cable bill.I highly recommend buying from Zoomtak Canada, we had a horrible experience with a non dealer (at the time we did not know he was a non dealer). Fantastic product, even better customer service !
I had the M5 before, and found that a little slow when streaming 1080p. The new T8+ is much quicker. For the price its a good product.
The product works like a charm, and theres someone always there to answer my questions. I'm very happy with my purchase.
